Tepanida for Mark and Foscavir for Petr - $16,084
Four-year-old Mark fell ill in May of this year: he often had headaches and felt unwell. During the summer, he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. After a course of chemotherapy, the boy needs autologous stem-cell transplantation. To prepare for this operation, Mark requires the drug Tepanida, which was promptly paid for thanks to our donors ($9,982 USD). Mark is undergoing treatment at the Dima Rogachev Center.
Petr, who is soon to be seven, also fell ill in May of this year: it all started with a high fever and a cough, but within a few days, it became clear that it was the flu and acute lymphoblastic leukemia. After several months of chemotherapy, in October, Petr underwent a bone marrow transplant, but his condition after the operation is severe. Therefore, to reduce the risk of infectious complications, doctors prescribed Foscavir for Petr. This medication has also already been paid for ($6,102 USD), and Petya is already receiving it.
